Terms of Service

Effective date: 20 April 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of tasqbots websites, applications, APIs, and related services offered by TASQBOTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62013MR2026PTC475829), registered office at Flat No. 03, Surya Arcade, Honaji Nagar, Jatwada Rd, Aurangabad City, Aurangabad, Aurangabad- 431001, Maharashtra. By using tasqbots, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

TasQBot provides workflow automation and decision-support tools. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, tasqbots does not provide legal, tax, investment, or regulatory advice.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted components, introduce malicious code, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, approving critical actions, and maintaining regulatory compliance for your business use cases. For stock-market products, order placement remains fully manual by the user.

5. Commercial Terms

Commercial terms are shared separately in writing as part of your onboarding or signed agreement. Taxes are charged where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

TasQBot and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, models, and branding. You retain ownership of your customer data and grant tasqbots limited rights required to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free outputs, and we recommend human review for all business-critical workflows.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tasqbots is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable billing terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
